Charming 2-Bedroom Villa Apartment in Salzburg’s Lehen District

Located on the first floor of a residential villa in Salzburg’s Lehen district, this charming two-bedroom apartment offers 62 m² of practical accommodation for four guests. Two separate double bedrooms and a central family dining room create a comfortable home for couples, friends or parents travelling with children.

The apartment has a warm, straightforward residential character. Each bedroom is individually styled, and the clearly separated rooms give every guest greater privacy than an open-plan holiday apartment.

Central family dining room
The dining room seats four guests and forms the shared heart of the apartment. It provides a dedicated place for breakfast, evening meals, conversation or board games without using either bedroom as a social space.

High-speed Wi-Fi also allows the dining table to serve as a work or study area when needed during a longer visit.

Compact fully equipped kitchen
The fitted kitchen connects directly with the dining room and includes a refrigerator, hob, sink and coffee machine. Practical storage and preparation space support homemade meals while preserving the apartment’s efficient layout.

Two separate double bedrooms
Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds, providing proper private sleeping rooms for four guests. One includes a wall-mounted flat-screen television, while the second uses a calm blue palette and benefits from natural light beside the bed.

Wardrobe and bedside storage help keep luggage organised, making the apartment practical for a stay of more than a few nights.

Bright bathroom with bathtub
The turquoise-tiled bathroom includes a bathtub with overhead shower, wall-mounted WC, floating vanity and natural light. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are provided.

Heating ensures year-round comfort, and self check-in gives guests flexibility when arriving in Salzburg.

A practical home with gentle colour
The apartment’s pale blue, green and turquoise palette gives the rooms a fresh, relaxed identity. Timber floors warm the bedrooms and dining room, while dark-framed windows add a touch of villa character. The decoration is deliberately uncomplicated, leaving good circulation space around the beds and dining table.

For four guests, the separation of functions is particularly useful: both couples have a private bedroom, meals take place in a dedicated central room, and cooking remains contained within its own compact kitchen. Natural light in the bathroom and practical wardrobe storage further support stays that extend beyond a weekend.

Location and surroundings
Eniglstraße places the apartment in Lehen, west of the Salzach. The district combines strong everyday infrastructure with supermarkets, local restaurants, cultural facilities and community spaces.

Parks, river access and Salzburg’s wider cycle network provide opportunities for recreation. The neighbourhood offers a genuine residential environment while remaining connected with the historic centre and principal visitor attractions.

Transport connections
Local buses connect Lehen with Salzburg Main Station, the old town, airport and surrounding districts. Cycling routes along the Salzach also provide an attractive way to reach central areas.

Additional information
The apartment accommodates four guests across two double bedrooms and includes one bathroom, equipped kitchen, family dining room and self check-in.
