Exclusive 4-Bedroom Waterfront House with Sea-View Terrace on Makarska Riviera

Positioned directly at the water’s edge on the spectacular Makarska Riviera, this exclusive four-bedroom house offers 188 m² of comfortable accommodation for up to nine guests. The Adriatic fills the view from the covered terrace and upper rooms, creating a rare setting where the sea becomes part of everyday life.

The property combines the independence of a private home with immediate access to the coastline. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and several indoor and outdoor dining spaces make it well suited to an extended family or group seeking a relaxed waterfront stay.

Comfortable living and dining
The main lounge provides sofa seating, a flat-screen television and space to unwind away from the sun. Windows frame the coastal outlook, while the adjoining dining area gives the group a convenient indoor setting for shared meals.

A fully equipped kitchen includes cooking appliances, practical cabinetry and preparation space for self-catered holidays. The home also provides a washing machine, making longer visits and beach-focused stays easier to manage.

Four bedrooms for up to nine guests
Four separate bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping accommodation for families, couples and friends. Upper rooms benefit from especially attractive Adriatic views, allowing guests to wake to the light and colour of the coast.

Two bathrooms serve the group, supported by air conditioning during summer and underfloor heating for cooler periods. Towels, sheets, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi and a security alarm add practical comfort and peace of mind.

Covered waterfront terrace
The sea-facing terrace is the heart of the house. Sheltered beneath a timber roof, it includes a large dining table positioned directly above the pebble shoreline—an exceptional setting for breakfast, lunch and long evenings outdoors.

A second outdoor dining space and compact waterfront sun area give guests options for shade or sunshine throughout the day. With the clear Adriatic immediately beyond the property, swimming can become part of the daily routine without the need to drive.

A covered garage and additional outdoor parking are available, a valuable advantage along this sought-after stretch of coastline.

Location and surroundings
The Makarska Riviera is celebrated for clear water, pale pebble beaches and the dramatic Biokovo mountain rising behind the coast. Pine-shaded waterfront paths, small harbours and traditional communities create a varied setting for swimming, walking and dining.

Makarska’s centre is approximately two kilometres from the property, offering restaurants, cafés, shops, markets and a lively palm-lined promenade. The wider Riviera provides additional beaches and scenic coastal drives.

Transport connections
Road connections follow the coast toward Split and Dubrovnik, while the nearest major airport is approximately 130 kilometres away. A car is useful for regional exploration, with garage and outdoor parking provided at the house.
