Luxury 5-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool and Spa near Zlatni Rat Beach

Located in Bol on the island of Brač, this luxury five-bedroom villa offers 290 m² of characterful accommodation across four levels for up to twelve guests. A private courtyard pool, sauna, hot tub and sea-view roof terrace create an exceptional island retreat only 100 metres from the beach.

The residence combines exposed stone walls with contemporary furnishings, giving the interiors a distinctive sense of place without sacrificing modern comfort. Its multi-level arrangement provides useful separation for extended families, couples or friends travelling together.

Inviting shared living spaces
The bright main lounge includes comfortable sofa seating and a flat-screen television, offering a relaxed place for the group to gather. Stone details and broad glazed doors connect the room visually with the outdoor courtyard.

A full kitchen provides cooking appliances, practical storage and preparation space for group meals. The adjoining dining area creates a dedicated indoor setting, while direct terrace access makes it easy to carry food and drinks outdoors.

Five en-suite bedrooms
Five bedrooms each benefit from their own bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for up to twelve guests. The rooms are distributed across the villa’s levels, allowing different members of the group to establish quieter personal spaces away from the main reception areas.

Towels, sheets, flat-screen televisions, a washing machine, hairdryer and Wi-Fi support comfortable stays of any length. The number of bathrooms makes the villa especially practical when the full group is preparing for beach days or evenings out.

Private pool and wellness facilities
The 105 m² outdoor area centres on a private swimming pool enclosed by high stone walls. Sun loungers and furnished seating create a secluded atmosphere where guests can relax without leaving the property.

A private sauna and illuminated hot tub extend the wellness experience into the evening. On the upper level, a furnished roof terrace opens broad views across Bol and the Adriatic, providing a memorable setting for sunset drinks and conversation.

Location and surroundings
The beach is approximately 100 metres from the villa, while local shops are around 200 metres away. This convenient position allows guests to enjoy Bol on foot while keeping a private pool and quiet courtyard waiting at home.

Bol is one of Brač’s best-known coastal communities, set beneath Vidova Gora and surrounded by clear-water beaches. The celebrated Zlatni Rat beach lies to the west, while the town’s waterfront offers restaurants, cafés, shops and a relaxed evening atmosphere.
