Design-Led Loft with Expansive Private Roof Terrace in Uhlenhorst

Located on Hofweg in Uhlenhorst, this striking third-floor loft offers 86 m² of highly individual living for two guests. Exposed brick, dark metal, wide-plank timber floors and an expansive private roof terrace create a memorable design-led home near the Outer Alster.

Sculptural lighting, carefully selected furniture and a fireplace feature give the open interior warmth and personality. The flexible layout is particularly well suited to a couple or creative professional seeking more than a conventional serviced apartment.

Expressive open living and dining
The principal room brings together comfortable seating, dining space and the custom kitchen beneath dramatic lighting. A large sliding partition allows the layout to adapt while preserving the loft’s open architectural character.

Custom integrated kitchen
The kitchen is incorporated into the main living area and includes practical appliances, storage and a coffee machine. Its open arrangement keeps cooking connected with conversation and dining.

En-suite bedroom and flexible study
The separate double bedroom features built-in storage and a private en-suite bathroom. An additional room can be used as a dedicated study, dressing area or flexible guest space according to the needs of the stay.

A second shower room with WC adds convenience. Heating, Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen, television, washer-dryer and hairdryer provide the practical amenities for everyday living.

Expansive private roof terrace
The large terrace offers extensive room for seating, meals and relaxation under the open sky. Its scale makes it a genuine outdoor living room and one of the loft’s most exceptional features.

Location and surroundings
Uhlenhorst is shaped by the Outer Alster and its side canals. Waterside paths provide popular routes for walking, running and cycling, while Hofweg and nearby Mühlenkamp offer cafés, restaurants and independent shops.

The neighbourhood combines a calm residential atmosphere with straightforward access to central Hamburg and its business and cultural destinations.

Transport connections
Nearby bus services connect Uhlenhorst with Hamburg Central Station, the city centre and the wider public-transport network.

Additional information
The loft accommodates two guests and includes one bedroom, flexible study, two bathrooms, private roof terrace and washer-dryer. Self check-in is available.

Furniture, appliances, fireplace use and terrace items are subject to the agreed rental inventory.

Indoor and outdoor rooms of equal importance
The open lounge, dining area and integrated kitchen form a dramatic social interior, while the roof terrace provides comparable space beneath the sky. Full-height doors make movement between them effortless during warmer months and give the bedroom a direct relationship with the terrace.

Flexible professional space
The additional study can support focused work, creative activity or dressing and storage needs without occupying the main dining table. Two bathroom facilities further help a couple maintain separate schedules during an extended stay.

Exposed brick, dark metal surfaces and sculptural lighting give every room a strong visual identity. Guests should confirm terrace furnishings, fireplace operation and any seasonal building rules before arrival.

Experience Hamburg from a remarkable Uhlenhorst loft where expressive design, flexible rooms and an extraordinary rooftop terrace create a home with genuine personality.
