Stylish 2-Bedroom Residence with Private Bathrooms near the Olympic Stadium

Located at Stadionplein in Amsterdam Zuid, this design-led 85 m² apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodation for four guests. Rich blue and green walls, warm timber cabinetry and individually designed headboards give each room its own identity while maintaining a coherent, polished interior.

Shared Living and Dining Room

The open-plan reception space combines a comfortable sofa and lounge chairs with a round dining table and a 41-inch smart television. The table also provides a useful shared workspace, making the apartment suitable for colleagues and extended business stays as well as leisure visits.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Timber cabinetry, integrated appliances and a stone-effect splashback form a compact but complete kitchen along one side of the living area. Its open arrangement keeps the cook connected with the dining and lounge spaces.

Two Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms

Each bedroom contains a king-size Auping bed, quality linens and a distinctive upholstered headboard. Both have access to a private modern bathroom with a rain shower and specially designed Delft-style tiles, giving two couples or colleagues greater privacy.

Stadionplein Surroundings

The apartment sits close to Amsterdam’s Olympic Stadium, with shops, cafés and sports facilities around Stadionplein. Amsterdam Zuid and the Zuidas business district are accessible from the wider neighbourhood, while Vondelpark, Amsterdamse Bos and the Museum Quarter can be reached by bicycle or public transport.

Additional Information

The apartment is on the third floor and accommodates four guests. Wi-Fi, heating, television, laundry facilities, towels and bed linen are provided, with self check-in available.

An Excellent Layout for Two Couples or Colleagues

Two genuine bedrooms and two private bathrooms give each pair a comfortable degree of independence. The equal-quality beds and bathrooms avoid the usual compromise of one principal suite and one secondary room, making the apartment particularly suitable for colleagues sharing a business stay, two couples travelling together or a family that values additional privacy.

Contemporary Dutch Design

The interior combines confident wall colours, graphic headboards and warm natural timber rather than relying on a generic neutral scheme. Custom Delft-inspired bathroom tiles add a local reference, while carefully positioned lighting and uncluttered furniture keep the rooms comfortable and functional. The result is a residence with personality that remains easy to live in.

Amsterdam Zuid at Your Door

Stadionplein offers cafés, shops and daily services around a landmark sporting address. From here guests can explore the architecture and green avenues of Amsterdam Zuid, reach the Museum Quarter and Vondelpark, or continue toward Amsterdamse Bos for a more spacious outdoor setting. The Zuidas business district is also convenient for professional stays.

Transport and Practical Details

Public transport and cycle routes link the neighbourhood with the centre and Amsterdam Zuid station, where rail and metro connections open up the wider city and region. Inside the apartment, the complete kitchen, shared dining or work table, smart television and laundry facilities provide the essentials for both short visits and longer assignments.

Enjoy the privacy of two hotel-style suites together with the comfort of a shared living room and kitchen in one of Amsterdam Zuid's most distinctive neighbourhoods.
