Charming 2-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool near Falésia Beach

Set in the Falésia and Olhos de Água area, this charming single-level villa offers 105 m² of comfortable accommodation for up to five guests. Two bedrooms, a fenced private swimming pool and a mature garden with barbecue make it an especially appealing choice for families seeking an easy Algarve holiday near the beach.

The house has a practical layout with all principal rooms arranged on one level. Indoor and outdoor areas connect naturally, allowing guests to move between the living room, covered terrace, lawn and pool throughout the day.

Welcoming living and dining room
The main reception room combines comfortable sofa seating, a flat-screen television and an indoor dining area. A traditional fireplace adds character, while glazed doors open toward the pool terrace and bring garden views into the room.

The fully equipped kitchen provides cooking appliances, useful cabinetry and preparation space for self-catered stays. Laundry facilities are also available, making the villa practical for longer holidays and guests travelling with children.

Two comfortable bedrooms
The sleeping arrangement includes one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, offering flexibility for couples, friends or a family. An additional sleeping place allows the villa to accommodate up to five guests.

The bedrooms share a bright bathroom, while air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, sheets and a hairdryer provide the everyday essentials for a comfortable stay.

Fenced private pool and garden
The outdoor area is organised around a private rectangular swimming pool bordered by loungers, lawn and established planting. A safety fence creates useful separation between the pool and the main terrace, an important feature for families with younger children.

A covered dining terrace faces the water and offers welcome shade during warmer hours. Elsewhere in the garden, a substantial built-in barbecue and preparation counter create a second social area for relaxed lunches and evening meals beneath mature palms and hedges.

Several seating areas let guests choose between sun and shade throughout the day. Parking is available, and the single-level design keeps movement around the villa straightforward.

Location and surroundings
Falésia is known for its extraordinary stretch of golden sand, backed by a continuous line of red and ochre cliffs and umbrella pines. The beach extends for several kilometres, providing ample room for swimming, sunbathing and long coastal walks.

Nearby Olhos de Água offers restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and useful local services. Central Albufeira and Vilamoura can also be reached by car, giving guests access to additional dining, shopping, marinas and entertainment.

Transport connections
Local roads connect the villa with beaches and destinations across the central Algarve. Private parking is available, while Faro Airport can be reached through the regional road network.
